Keeping our patients safe is our top priority under the current COVID 19 situation.

Is therefore with great regret that we have decided to close for face-to-face appointments for the time being, however, we are still available by phone, email and now video!

For anyone needing support, advice, home exercises or anything else, please don’t hesitate to contact us free of charge.

Video consultations will be free or by donation (up to you) and will include as much as we can possibly provide virtually.

You will also be able to book these online as of next week!

We’re putting together a list of patients to call when we know we’ll be reopening - let me know if you’d like us to put you on the list if you’re not on it already.

Until then: stay home, stay safe, keep stretching, and we’ll see you on the other side!

I qualified in 2002 from the British School of Osteopathy in London  and i am registered with the UK General Osteopathic Council. I am a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and the Scottish Osteopathic Society.

I have 16 years successful clinical experience in Aberdeen. Initially I worked as an associate within a multi-disciplinary clinic and the last 9 years running my own clinic within a GP’S surgery.

I have moved to Perth to raise my family and I have been delighted to re-establish my clinical practice in a part time bases in Auchterarder following Len’s retirement.

I use a wide variety if techniques which I use depending of condition and I adapt depending on each and every patient. I consider myself a structural osteopath and I have a firm believe on the benefits of spinal manipulation in conjunction with massage, stretching and exercise advice.

CAMILLE WALLIN

I completed a 5-year Osteopathy degree at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia graduating with Distinction, and am registered with the UK General Osteopathic Council, the Institute of Osteopathy and the Scottish Osteopathic Society.

I enjoy treating all patient types from acute to chronic, young to young at heart, and take into account a global view of the person and their life situation in my approach to healthcare, which includes our physical, social and emotional lives.

I use various gentle structural osteopathic techniques which are safe and effective, including soft tissue massage, myofascial release, mobilisation, indirect technique and stretching/exercise prescription to return the person to balance and optimal movement.

I have a good understanding of nutrition, common herbs and supplements which may be used to assist recovery, and have also studied Remedial massage, Reiki, mindfulness and EFT, aspects of which I incorporate into my osteopathic practice.
